2024 Toyota Landcruiser Prado will be unveiled on 02 AUGUST 2023

After 14 long years, Toyota is going to unravel a new version of Landcruiser Prado. The vehicle will come with a complete new makeover. An official statement released by Toyota Australia on their twitter handle, highlighting the global debue of the 2024 Toyota Landcruiser Prado. The vehicle is expected to come with a 4 cylinder diesel, 4 cylinder petrol and a 4 cylinder petrol hybrid. Teasers were also released by Toyota USA, Japan and Europe on 26th July 2023.

The New Look – 2024 Toyota Landcruiser Prado

The new retro look of 2024 Toyota Landcruiser Prado appears to be inspired from the 1980’s styling of Toyota Landcruisers. The design was initially drafted in Japan and tested all over the world before it was unveiled in 1980. Each headlight was built up of two symetrical cubes, the 2024 Toyota Landcruiser Prado appears to be released with the same design theme utilizing the led lights bar surrounding the projector head lamps. The body shows heavy straight lines and a huge Toyota logo in the middle of the grill.

Engine

The current Toyota Landcruiser Prado runs a 2.8 litre diesel, the sources closely following Toyota suggests that 2024 Toyota Landcruiser Prado may come with a 2.4 litre turbo diesel, a 2.7 litre non turbo petrol based engine and the much awaitied 2.4 litre turbo petrol four cylinder hybrid.

Recently Toyota’s luxury arm Lexus released the premium version of Toyota Landcruiser Prado, aka – Lexus GX. This release confirmed the type sof engines we can expect in 2024 Toyota Landcruiser Prado.
