Error 1907 Could not register font.
Post MS Win 10 22H2 installation on a machine, an access DB app stopped working and gave the Error 1907 Could not register font
The issue was due to insufficient privileges for the standard user account to register the fonts delivered as part of 22H2.
Solution –
Log into the machine using a privileged user account and register the fonts.
- SFC /SCANNOW
- DISM /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
Launch the AccessDB app again and it will work as required.
