SCCM – Adding a new resource to a device collection is not listing the device in ‘Members List’

Came across the issue of adding a device to an existing device collection, but the device is not appearing in the ‘Members List‘ of the ‘Device Collection‘.

When i checked the device collection properties, the new device added was listed.

To overcome the missing new device in the ‘Members List‘, check the option ‘Use Incremental Updates for this collection‘. This will list the newly added device periodically and will not require scheduling a full update for the collection.
