SCCM Error 0x2(2) – System Can not find the file specified

I was upgrading the Win 10 1908 to 22H2 using sequence and came across the error 0x2(2).

The package files were completely downloaded, could be a network congestion or disconnection while package downloading.

Re-triggered the advertisement and the upgrade installation started.
